Nothing: £0 setup and £0 a month. You get a one-page starter website on a hosted subdomain, with hosting, HTTPS, your supplied text and images, contact links and a small ZXN credit.

Unlimited small changes means text swaps, contact details and replacement images within the existing layout, with one request active at a time in a shared queue. There is no fixed request cap or guaranteed turnaround. New pages, redesigns, custom features, copywriting and marketing work are outside fair use and quoted before any work. You can stay on Free for as long as it meets your needs.

Paid plans include hosting, HTTPS renewal, source backups, monthly site-health checks, and the listed editing or improvement allowance. Momentum adds a quarterly report and a short quarterly call. Growth adds a monthly report and a short monthly call.

The 15, 30 or 90 minutes are a single monthly allowance across edits and improvements, not an open-ended marketing service. Calls and routine checks are additional to that allowance. Unused time does not roll over. We agree any extra charge first.

Every site gets appropriate privacy information and basic website terms. Paid plans include adapted starter privacy, cookie and website-terms pages based on the business details you provide. Optional tracking is off until consent in our standard setup; Momentum and Growth include consent controls and notices for the tools installed.

We support UK GDPR and PECR requirements through practical configuration, data minimisation and clear notices. You remain responsible for your business’s legal obligations and approving the wording. We build towards WCAG 2.2 AA, checking keyboard use, colour contrast, headings, labels and mobile layouts. Paid tiers add checks for the interactions in your site. Automated checks support human review; a full independent accessibility audit is a separate service.

HTTPS certificates, secure configuration, limited third-party code and recoverable source backups are included. HTTPS protects data in transit; it is not a guarantee against every security risk. We monitor and maintain the parts we manage.

Growth includes the initial setup of one Google search-ad campaign and a blog / one-channel social scheduling workflow. Advertising budget is paid directly to Google. Ongoing campaign management, premium tools and high-volume content production are separate quotes.

Growth’s monthly allowance can be used for a useful article, repurposed social posts, media editing or a Business Profile update. We agree what fits the available time. Publishing is subject to your approval; we don’t bulk-publish unreviewed AI text or promise search positions.

Monthly care is rolling, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. If you upgrade, we quote the extra build work before you decide; no automatic setup charge. On paid plans, you own the finished bespoke website work once paid, subject to third-party licences. We can hand over the source for hosting elsewhere.

Your domain and eligible Google accounts stay in your name. Domain renewals, paid subscriptions, migration work and the launch schedule are agreed in your written scope. There is no promise of an identical setup cost for an upgrade.

Your business details, services, contact information, logo if you have one, and images you have permission to use. Free and Foundation work from supplied content; Momentum includes guided editing, and Growth includes copywriting for the key pages agreed at kickoff.
